We are very proud of Our Pizza

We proudly offer the flavor of the typical Italian Pizza. Is prepared with the finest and authentic ingredients and baked in the wood-fired brick oven right in front of you, served alongside with a menu of favourites, and is also available to take away.

The dough is prepared daily on premises, at the time of its cooking has leavened at least 48 hours and the presence of natural fresh yeast is at lowest presence.

The extra air inside means that the bases puff up quickly, making the pizza lighter and airier.

After the rising process, the dough is formed and stratched only by hand, and is no more than 3 millimeters (0.12 in) thick. Is topped with a big variety of fresh ingredients and finally baked for a couple of minutes in our traditional wood-fired brick oven at minimum 380 °C (720 °F) temperature.

Soft, tasty and fragrant

We use only the finest authentic Italian ingredients like raw tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella cheese and Extra-Virign Olive Oil.

The tomatoes are from Salerno area and Mozzarella is from Paestum, and all toppings are sourced in Italy from very small artisanal producers.

We also offer Gluten Free Pizza and Vegan Cheese for people with celiac problems and food allergy.

You can make your own pizza by choosing your favourite toppings on a Margherita, from sweet to spicy ingredients, or extra cheese, vegetables and meat.
